Until we come together with one voice to ask for good leadership, we would continue to be where we are.

Dear {{First name|Active Citizen}},

We’re looking for content creators in Ekiti & Osun to produce content that makes civic issues simple, relatable, and engaging for everyday people.

And yes - there’s monthly compensation for your work.

Who should apply?

  • Citizens based in Ekiti or Osun

  • Active on Facebook & Instagram (TikTok is a plus).

  • Passionate about storytelling that makes an impact.

Apply here.

Please also share this call with friends, family, or contacts in Ekiti and Osun who might be interested.

Now to the bigger picture!
Over the years, we’ve worked with citizens across Anambra, Ebonyi, Nasarawa, Ondo, Yobe (and more!) to push for accountability, ask the right questions, and remind our leaders that the Office of the Citizen is the highest office in the land. Now, it’s the turn of Ekiti and Osun.

As we build towards the 2026 off-cycle gubernatorial elections - Ekiti in July, Osun in August, we’re continuing a project to strengthen grassroots civic engagement and improve government responsiveness.

Why? Because all politics is local!
Voter registration, election results management, governance, and legitimacy all begin at the local government level. And when citizens understand this, they can hold their leaders accountable in more consistent and meaningful ways.

So, if you’re a content creator in Ekiti or Osun - or you know someone who is - don’t miss this opportunity to create, influence, and earn.

New Date for EiE @ 15 - Mark Your Calendar!

On March 16, 2025, EiE Nigeria quietly marked 15 years of impact. 15 years since young Nigerians raised one united voice saying: “Enough is Enough!”

Fifteen years of protests, petitions, campaigns, debates, civic education & engagement, radio programmes, and policy shifts. Fifteen years of showing up online, offline, and everywhere change called.

This December, we will celebrate that journey with our “Footprints & Frontlines” anniversary gala, where we'll tell the EiE story and honour everyone who has been part of this milestone!

December 10 is significant because it's Human Rights Day, commemorating the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights by the United Nations in 1948.

Save the date and join us in honouring 15 years of citizen engagement and shared progress.

Have a great weekend!
The EiE Nigeria Team.
