Let's End the Year in Style!
Wednesday, December 23, 2020
"Santa Claus is anyone who loves another and seeks to make them happy; who gives himself by thought or word or deed in every gift that he bestows."ā Edwin Osgood Grover (American Publisher and Educator)
Dear Active Citizen,
It has been one rollercoaster of a year!
If there is one thing we are grateful for, it is the fact that you walked with us through the journey, navigating the tides of the fuel price hike, inflation, recession and the pandemic. We also stuck it through keeping the government accountable and saying "No" to policies that aren't favourable to our democracy.
Second Wave of COVID-19 is Real!
In the last 1 week,
Nigeria has recorded over 5,000 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
We enjoin you to
keep the flag flying as an active and responsible citizen by observing all COVID-19 protocols
as you celebrate and visit loved ones.
Stay safe!
EiE turned 10 this year.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, we couldn't celebrate in grand style as planned. However, we hosted a conversation with Sam Adeyemi to share his thoughts about the journey to nation-building as we work towards
#NigeriaAt100.
Missed the conversation,
We have exciting events planned for 2021 as we celebrate our 11
anniversary and continue to build the 'Office of The Citizen'! We are sure you would not want to miss them, so stay tuned!
It's the season to give so
Thank you!
