Dear ,Queen Elizabeth II, the UK's longest-serving monarch died Thursday, September 9th at Balmoral Castle, aged 96, after reigning for 70 years.Her loss will be deeply felt throughout the United Kingdom, the Commonwealth, and by countless people around the world. Her death has also brought back the role of the British Empire in the slave trade and the dehumanization of people of color around the world. 

There are calls for the return of the crown jewels that were stolen from different parts of the world when the British monarchy colonized most of the world.

Money, Insecurity Among Others May Frustrate The 2023 Polls

In a new report titled 'Nigeria’s Presidential Polls: A SWOT Analysis', the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD) raises concerns about the safety of election personnel, voters and material, as well as the hurdles politics would face as cases of kidnapping, violence, banditry, insurgency and communal clashes persist.These issues may frustrate the outcome of the 2023 elections.
