was a thought-provoking and intense conversation that discussed the recent elections in Nigeria. The speakers talked about the disappointment and frustration many people felt due to the outcome of the elections. However, they emphasized the importance of not letting these emotions overwhelm us but instead focus on healthy adaptive coping strategies.
