Whew, what a rollercoaster of a week it's been!

First up, the fuel prices went all "skyrocket mode" and reached an eye-watering

N617 per litre!

💸 Can we just have a moment of silence for our bank accounts?

Oh, but that's not all! Citizens everywhere are up in arms over the

N70 billion

bonanza for National Assembly members while the rest of us are counting our pennies. 🤔 Come on, we're all in this together, right? Why not share the love a bit more equally?

And guess what, the government had to do a double-take on those

N8,000 palliatives

for vulnerable households. Can we be real for a sec?

We need some serious help here, not pocket change!

Speaking of changes, have you heard the tea from the

National Economic Council

(NEC)

? They're dumping the social register compiled under the administration of Muhammadu Buhari because it's about as credible as a politician's promise during campaign season! 🙄 Instead, they're thinking of a cash transfer program for states and even a cash reward policy for public servants.
