Nigeria's National Assembly has urgently decided to prioritise the president's flying style over the people's survival. Yes, you read that right! While Nigerians are struggling to make ends meet, our beloved representatives are more concerned with getting President Tinubu two shiny new jets. Because, clearly, a malfunctioning plane is a national emergency.

Meanwhile, the rest of us are left to wonder if anyone in Abuja remembers that there's a crippling economic crisis on our hands.

Newsflash: millions of Nigerians are suffering, and the government's response is to... buy more jets? 🤔

Time to give your National Assembly members a gentle reminder that they work for you, not the other way around. Let them know that you'd rather they focus on the people's needs, not the president's in-flight entertainment. Get their contact details at www.shineyoureye.org and share your thoughts.
