#DinoRecall Updates
Mr Dino Melaye (Senator, Kogi West) has frustrated the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) effort to serve him personally the recall petition and all accompanying documents as directed by the court. INEC can no longer continue with the published schedule as serving him notice is required to continue with the exercise. INEC has decided to wait for the outcome of the decision of the Appeal filed by Mr Melaye.
Have a great weekend!
