 Troops Dislodge Boko Haram Terrorists, Recover Weapons   

This week, troops of the Nigerian Army deployed at Gwoza Local Government Area of Borno State reportedly subdued Boko Haram terrorists and rescued an octogenarian, three women and four children kidnapped by the insurgents.We commend the humane, professional & patriotic acts of our men at the forefront fighting insurgency.

 Osun Receives N100 million for Mining Fee   

Osun State government has received N100 million from Badger Mines, a Canada-based mining company, as a sign-on fee for exploration and development of one of the state’s mining titles. This was disclosed by the Governor, Gboyega Oyetola during the opening ceremony of the 3-day Economic and Investment Summit which was held in Osogbo.

 Ondo Promotes 9,704 Civil Servants   

9,704 civil servants have been promoted by the Ondo State Government in 2019. This came after the workers have passed promotion examinations at various ministries and parastatals.We congratulate the promoted civil servants and wish them well in their new position!
