This week, Flying Doctors Healthcare Investment Company led by Dr Ola Brown launched ‘Covid Mobile' in Lagos.Covid Mobile is a sample taking vehicle that could help ramp up testing and protect Nigeria's healthcare workers who are taking samples from potentially infected patients in the field.
First group of 265 Nigerians from the United Arab Emirates arrived in Lagos on Wednesday, May 6th. The second group of 253 Nigerians from London arrived in Lagos today, Friday, May 8th while an unspecified number of Nigerians are expected to return from New York Sunday, May 10th.The evacuees on arrival will undergo a mandatory 14-day supervised quarantine in a monitored environment.
