The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has announced that collection of Permanent Voters’ Card (PVC) will commence at Wards in Bayelsa and Kogi States on Monday, September 2nd and end on Monday, September 30th.Stay tuned for more information on the rotational schedule.
