Nigeria is yet to find a final solution to the health challenges in the country.

The table below also shows Nigeria’s health budget in the last 9 years. It is sad that the Nigerian government does not place priority on the provision of basic health infrastructure.

The graph below shows comparison of Nigeria and India’s child mortality rate progression.

Education

Nigeria’s education system is hampered by myriads of problems which include but not limited to: Poor infrastructure and poor funding. To have sustainable growth and meaningful development in the education sector, the government has to take responsibility and address the issue of funding.

Below is a table showing payment tranches since 2013 and  budget allocation to education.

As we prepare for the general elections, here are the figures.
