Dear ,The class-action suit to restrain the National Assembly Service Commission from paying members of the 9th National Assembly over N4.68 billion as 'Welcome Package' was assigned to Justice Chuka Obiozor of the Federal High Court, Lagos.The suit was heard on Thursday, November 7th and it has been adjourned to Wednesday, January 22, 2020.We would continue to provide periodic updates on the suit as it unfolds.If you have any questions or concerns, kindly email – [email protected].
